【國立屏東大學拜訪越南土龍木大學,深化華語教育合作,推動雙方學術與文化交流】
今日(10月29日),國立屏東大學拜會越南土龍木大學(Thu Dau Mot University, TDMU),目標是深化華語教育合作,並推動雙方在學術與文化上的多層次交流。自簽署合作備忘錄(MOU)以來,兩校已建立穩固的合作基礎,並透過多項教育交流活動為未來拓展合作奠定基礎。此次會議中,雙方積極探討教師和學生的短期交換、科學研究合作,以及雙聯學制等具體合作計劃,以期在未來的學術發展中注入新動力。On October 29, National Pingtung University (NPTU) visited Thu Dau Mot University (TDMU) in Vietnam, aiming to deepen Mandarin Chinese educational cooperation and foster comprehensive academic and cultural exchanges between the two institutions. Since signing the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), the two universities have built a solid foundation through various educational exchange activities, paving the way for future collaborations. In this meeting, both sides actively discussed specific collaborative plans, including short-term faculty and student exchanges, joint scientific research, and dual degree programs, with the goal of infusing new momentum into future academic development.
屏東大學陳皇州國際長特別指出,華語在雙邊合作中的核心角色。他表示,屏東大學已接收多位土龍木大學學生來台學習,並提供教師交流計劃多樣支持。陳博士同時介紹了「TEEP計劃」與「I sMART 」,其中TEEP計劃由教育部推動,為來訪師生提供每月新台幣15000元的短期研究補助,而I sMART碩士學程則涵蓋管理、科技與金融等領域,旨在提升雙方學生的國際競爭力。Dr. Kelvin Chen, Dean of International Affairs at NPTU, emphasized the central role of Mandarin Chinese in bilateral cooperation. He noted that NPTU has welcomed several TDMU students to study in Taiwan and provided diverse support for faculty exchange programs. Dr. Chen also introduced the Taiwan Experience Education Program (TEEP) and the iSMART Master’s Program, highlighting that the TEEP program, promoted by the Ministry of Education, offers a monthly stipend of NT$15,000 for visiting students and faculty conducting short-term research, while the iSMART program covers areas like management, technology, and finance to enhance the international competitiveness of students from both institutions.
土龍木大學國際培訓部主任Dr. NGUYEN THANH BINH 表示,自MOU簽訂以來,土龍木大學在教育與研究方面持續成長,期待雙方在未來的合作中進行更深入的探索。Dr. Nguyen進一步表達對屏東大學企業管理學程的濃厚興趣,並提議探索2+2或1+3雙聯學制的可能性,尤其在企業管理等契合學科中開展合作。此外,他也提到語言課程協作的優先性,期待雙方能在近期校慶期間簽訂具體協議。Dr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Director of the Department of International Training at TDMU, expressed that since the signing of the MOU, TDMU has seen continuous growth in education and research and looks forward to deeper exploration in future collaborations. Dr. Nguyen further expressed a strong interest in NPTU’s business administration program, proposing the possibility of a 2+2 or 1+3 dual degree program, particularly in disciplines such as business administration. He also emphasized the priority of collaboration in language courses and expressed hope to sign a concrete agreement during NPTU’s upcoming campus anniversary celebrations.

She also provided information on the Taiwan Huayu Enrichment Scholarship program, aiming to offer eligible international students valuable opportunities to learn Mandarin Chinese through various channels. Additionally, Director Huang introduced the Taiwan Experience Education Program (TEEP), initiated by the Ministry of Education, which seeks to attract talented young foreigners to Taiwan for internships, offering them an in-depth understanding of Taiwan’s higher education advantages and inspiring their interest in pursuing degrees or careers in Taiwan.
